Elon Musk is always on the headlines with his norm-breaking missions and ideologies, from sending a dummy into space inside a tesla roadster to his recent venture, “Doge to the moon”.

 Dogecoin is a cryptocurrency that was initially invented as a joke to mock bitcoin which ended up becoming a very real thing, thanks to Elon. Since his tweets about Dogecoin and cryptos in general, the price of cryptos, especially Dogecoin, has seen an all-time high in the market. This surge in the price of Dogecoin was figuratively called “Doge to the moon”. Elon took the joke a little too far by dedicating an entire mission for this. His mission is to take “Doge to the moon”, a lunar mission, in which all the transactions will be made in Dogecoins. The Doge-1 will be a small lunar orbiter launched into space by a falcon-9 somewhere around early 2022.
